Companion Pets $10 each per night.  Dogs must be kept under strict control at ALL times.  There is chickens and cats on ours and neighbouring properties and the cottages are not fenced.

Stays of  3 nights or less can sometimes be accepted last minute or if they fit in with other longer bookings.  Please enquire.  The rate is $150 per night double for stays of  3 nights or less.

Terms

We Rent our cottages on a "leave it cleaned & tidy" basis. All cleaning materials are provided.

To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit of the total rental cost.
The balance of rental is due at key pick-up.

If your visit is within 4 weeks, full payment must be made at time of booking.

A booking form with full details will be emailed to you on enquiry.  This needs to be completed and returned with your 20% deposit.  We will hold your booking for 7 days pending receipt
