This cottage is fully equipped with linen, bedding and towels and all kitchen equipment including fridge/freezer, microwave and full stove.  There is a queen size bed plus a queen size sofabed in the lounge area. The kids sleeping loft is accessed by ships ladder and has three mattresses (suitable for over 5 yrs only).         It has a corner bath with shower over.  A dining table with seating for four.

The setting is magical with french doors opening to a deck with table, chairs and a BBQ, overlooking native bush and ferns.  Native kereru and tui visit the gardens regularly and there is a bush walk to see glow-worms at night in the gully below (bring a torch).
